Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Chelsea, a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults of all ages dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), and women’s mental health.

Life can be a lot (understatement of the century), and sometimes we all need a space to process through what’s going on without judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and a place where you can show up exactly as you are...no pressure to have it all figured out (because honestly, who does?)

My approach to therapy

I truly believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and safe. I have the most experience supporting clients who have experienced trauma/abuse, recovering from people-pleasing or codependency, or are navigating anxiety and depression.

My hope is that you leave therapy with a deeper understanding of yourself, healthier patterns, and coping skills you can carry with you long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll work together to create a plan that fits you, as well as your goals, your wants and your needs.

My goal is to provide you with a supportive and safe space to create empowerment for your healing journey. A journey where you will feel heard and understood throughout the process.
