Great to meet you!

Some people come to therapy when things fall apart. A lot of people come after they've held it together for so long they don't know how to stop. I'm Chelsea, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Social Work, and I work with veterans, adolescents, and adults navigating PTSD, trauma, and anxiety that has become part of daily life. I also work with new and expecting mothers experiencing the mental health shifts that don't always get talked about. Clients often describe me as warm, focused, and genuinely invested in making progress.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is collaborative and built around clear goals. We figure out together what you actually need to walk away with, then build toward it. For people carrying the weight of past trauma or living with anxiety that has quietly become the background noise of daily life, we work to loosen the grip of those patterns and build something more workable in their place. This tends to work well for people who want structure alongside support and are ready to make real movement rather than just talk about it.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know your concerns, your history, your strengths, and what you're hoping to walk away with. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and heard, and to leave with a clear sense of where we're headed together. All sessions are via telehealth, so you can join from wherever works best for you. If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to connect.
