Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest relationship to repair is the one you have with yourself.

After difficult experiences, unhealthy relationships, major life transitions, or years of putting your own needs on the back burner, it's easy to lose confidence in your instincts, question your decisions, or feel disconnected from the person you want to be.

I'm Chelsea, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and stress. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent so much time focusing on what everyone else needs that they've lost touch with their own voice, needs, and sense of direction.

My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded, empowering, and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know what brings you to therapy and what you hope might be different in your life moving forward. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. Many clients come in feeling confused, overwhelmed, or uncertain about where to start.

Over time, clients often begin to develop a stronger sense of self-trust, healthier boundaries, greater emotional awareness, and more confidence in their ability to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're working through a difficult transition, healing from past experiences, or trying to reconnect with yourself after years of prioritizing others, therapy can provide a space to slow down and move forward with greater clarity.

My role is to support you in building a life that feels more aligned with who you are, not who you think you're supposed to be.

If you're feeling disconnected from yourself, struggling to trust your own voice, or ready to create healthier patterns in your life and relationships, I'd be honored to support you. Therapy can be a place to rediscover your strengths, reconnect with your values, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, so you can expect a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. I focus on getting to know each client, understanding your concerns, and learning about the goals you hope to achieve through therapy. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about your journey toward healing and growth.
