Great to meet you!

I received my MA degree from Pepperdine University. I have been practicing Clinical Psychology for over 15 years. I have an additional 10 years of experience in the field of Behavioral Psychology where I worked with teens, children, and their families dealing with neurological and developmental delays, including Autism.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic focus is on self-exploration of thought and behavior patterns to promote personal growth. My therapeutic orientation is primarily CBT, Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Solution focused.

What you can expect from me

I invite honest, non-judgmental, direct, and compassionate communication in a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together we can set goals, and if preferred and applicable, I will assign homework to encourage progress.
