My approach to therapy

My vibrant, holistic, and clinical approach blends mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), somatic psychotherapy, and the mind-body connection. I'm also trained in and provide eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
