Great to meet you!

I work best with adults who are motivated to better understand themselves and break unhelpful patterns. My particular experiences include individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and major life transitions within the veteran and service member population. I am also a veteran and a current uniformed service member.

I aim to create a supportive, honest space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with cultural humility and respect for each client's unique background and identity. I recognize how culture, life experiences, and social context influence how we understand distress and healing. My goal is to ensure therapy is respectful, inclusive, and relevant to your lived experience.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a safe and nurturing environment. We'll address on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I'll ask questions about your background, current concerns, and strengths, while also making space for anything you feel is important. We'll finish by discussing next steps and ensuring the approach feels like a good fit for you.
