Great to meet you!

I’m Chidinma Gubor, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 12+ years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, dual-diagnosis, private practice, and the US Department of Veterans Affairs. I provide compassionate, whole-person care that goes beyond prescribing—partnering with clients to create collaborative treatment plans that optimize mental health and long-term well-being.

I treat adults (18+) via secure telehealth for a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, substance use, neurodiverse conditions, adjustment and personality disorders, social anxiety, identity concerns, trauma, and other complex mental health challenges. My approach is direct, collaborative, and focused on mutual commitment to progress.

My approach to therapy

I combine evidence-based psychiatry with a compassionate, integrative approach. My goal is to help you move beyond symptoms toward clarity, balance, and lasting well-being through personalized medication management and preventive wellness strategies.
