Great to meet you!

One of the first things I like to do as a therapist is to get to know each other. It’s my opinion that having a therapist you’re able to trust and feel comfortable with is essential in building the therapeutic alliance. From there, we will assess your goals as well as your strengths to increase self-esteem and improve relationships.

My approach to therapy

During our initial session I like to allow space to discuss goals of therapy, values, and preferences in style. We will explore what you want therapy to look like, and how we can accomplish the goals identified.

What you can expect from me

Through the use of several modalities I will help you understand the origin of the emotions that brought you here in the first place. Having an understanding of where our emotions come from allows us to have the ability to adapt and overcome life's challenges. Together we will be able to create action steps to take back control of your feelings and behavior.
