Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship challenges. With experience across inpatient and higher levels of care, I believe therapy is a collaborative process and strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported, understood and empowered to build lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative and client-centered. I believe that each person is the expert on their own experiences and I work alongside clients to better understand their challenges, build on their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation and life transitions, and I strive to create a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to grow and heal.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we will get to know one another and begin exploring what brought you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths and goals to gain a better understanding of your experiences. Together, we will identify what you hope to achieve in therapy and develop a plan that feels meaningful and tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood and hopeful about the work we can do together.
