I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who sees individuals 18 and older. I find that the deep bond I create with my clients helps to build the foundation for the healing process. I enjoy working with clients from various cultural backgrounds from a trauma focused, attachment centered lens and believe that of body holds experiences somatically and if we can tune in it will tell us what we need.

I am an expert in systems theory which sees individuals as part of the multitude of systems in which they exist. I have an eclectic approach to therapy where I believe individuals are the expert of their own lives. I provide an accurate assessment and together we decide what variables and what order to work on issues to gain improved relationships with self and others. My specialty is working with women's issues especially supporting mothers in the most difficult work they will ever do.

I have a very warm and validating nature that helps clients explore their areas of growth without judgement or shame. Clients experience the supportive space held for them to explore, grow and change.
