I believe that every individual is a unique, artistic expression of the sacred. Oftentimes, in the chaos of navigating the complexity of the human experience we become misguided, and become disconnected from our authentic self. I have spent the last decade honing a calling to facilitate the healing of others through advanced formal education and direct experience in the mental health field, while also tapping into the intuitive healing ability I've possessed since childhood.
My philosophy is that treatment is truly a journey to deeper healing, peace, and understanding. A 'journey' is called a 'journey' for a reason. It’s an intimate and intricate trip into the psycho-spiritual. My approach is highly individualized and ranges from psychotherapy to medication management as well the incorporation of appropriate alternative modalities to facilitate the achievement of desired outcomes.
