Great to meet you!

I hope to offer genuine warmth and care for my clients, believing that relationship is the primary context in which transformation can occur.

My Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and years of experience have given me the theory and training to work well with individuals facing many challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, family conflict, and relational issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from attachment-based, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic theories, focusing on how we relate to ourselves and others based on past experiences. My goal is to provide a space to build insight and experience a corrective therapeutic relationship. I also appreciate integrating faith and spirituality into my work with clients based on their background.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer my clients new insights, emotional processing, and relational experiences they can bring into their awareness and ways of engaging in life.
