My approach to therapy

I utilize a strengths-based approach that empowers the people I work with the see their own internal resources and follow their intuition as it relates to their body and mind.

What you can expect from me

People have self-limiting beliefs and find conflict in relationships. I find meaning in my work by making sure all people feel valued and worthy independent of their life circumstances. I believe growth and healing occurs within the context of a strong therapeutic alliance where you leads the direction of treatment based on your investment and willingness to change.
