I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a National Certified Counselor. I attained my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and a graduate certificate in Marriage, Family, and Couples Therapy from the University of Central Florida I provide individual, family, and couples counseling. I specialize in mood disorders including anxiety, depression, and bipolar, life transition including adjustment disorders, anger management, stress, and addiction.

I focus on CBT and DBT methods with eclectic techniques pulled from other modalities to create a unique, effective, and meaningful therapy experience for clients.

Our first session will allow you to leave feeling heard and knowing that there is a safe space for you to return. As we continue to work together we will identify triggers, develop, and practice coping skills, and understand the origins of underlying fears or beliefs that may be holding you back in life.
