Great to meet you!

I always thought I’d go to medical school, but I realized what I really wanted was to help people enjoy themselves, their relationships, and life more fully. I have a Master’s in Social Work from USC Columbia (2015) and have poured my time and heart into this work ever since. I have the most experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, substance use, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and continue to study and take courses so I can better serve you.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I tailor my approach to your needs and preferences. I tend to use strength-based, client-centered methods so we can focus on what’s going well, build on your resilience, and keep you actively involved in your own treatment.

What you can expect from me

I got into this field to make a difference, even in the small details that can feel huge when you’re struggling. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling seen, heard, and validated. If you’re ready to explore what support could look like, I’d be honored to work with you.
