Christine Certain specializes in working with women moving through big life transitions like pregnancy, loss, infertility, and postpartum and women who are just trying to manage it all. Christine helps clients feel less anxious, irritable, and sad and helps them find joy again. Christine uses EMDR, and CBT, with a focus on compassion, to help her clients make lasting changes.
I practice primarily EMDR and CBT. Both approaches are well-researched to consistently reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and treat trauma. I believe in taking an approach of compassion and support. You are the expert on your life and you will always feel like you’re in control of treatment. I’m just there to guide you along the way.
In our first session we will work to establish a plan to get back your joy, reduce worry and bring back hope.
