Great to meet you!

I’m Christine Ellis, and I’ve spent over two decades helping people navigate trauma, life transitions, and challenges in relationships and self-esteem. Clients describe me as empowering, insightful, and compassionate — someone who creates a safe space to explore, reflect, and grow. I work with individuals, couples, families, and even workplace teams, with a special focus on identity, resilience, and women’s mental health, including the impact of peri-menopause and menopause.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and insight-focused. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover patterns, and identify strengths that help you move forward. I combine practical tools with a trauma-informed perspective, helping you regulate emotions, improve relationships, and gain clarity on what matters most to you. Therapy with me is about understanding yourself better, building resilience, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a safe, grounded, and nonjudgmental space to share your story and begin identifying your goals. You can expect support in building self-awareness, learning practical strategies to manage emotions, and starting to untangle patterns that feel stuck or overwhelming. My hope is that you leave feeling empowered, aligned, and ready to make intentional choices that reflect your values and strengths.
