Great to meet you!

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 8 years of clinical licensure and more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health. Clean and sober since 1994. Known for exceptional empathy, compassion, and the ability to create a safe, authentic therapeutic space. I help clients reconnect with their true selves while navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, breakups, infidelity, grief, and loss. I believe recovery means reclaiming hope, building resilience, and discovering one’s genuine potential. My goal is to help clients realize that life can be beautiful again—and support them every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with truly listening. Together, we explore your experiences, collaborate on your goals, and create a clear, personalized plan for success. I am trained in CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I tailor these approaches to your unique needs. I can be direct when needed—offering guidance, structure, and meaningful homework—but I also work to empower you, helping you discover your own path toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I invite you to share your story with me at your own pace. I approach each client with openness, compassion, and curiosity. I will listen closely and ask clarifying questions to ensure I truly understand your experiences. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy and clarify your goals. From there, I’ll serve as your guide and confidant as you navigate this challenging chapter in your life, helping you move toward healing and a renewed sense of self.
