Great to meet you!

As a Black psychologist, I bring both lived experience and professional training to the work I do. I have a deep appreciation for how race, neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, class, and other identities intersect to shape how we move through the world—and how the world moves around us.

Whether I’m offering therapy or assessment, I aim to be a compassionate and affirming partner: someone who will join you in asking big questions about yourself, while also helping you develop a plan for real, sustainable growth.

My approach to therapy

I provide comprehensive, individually tailored assessments in order to assist in diagnostic clarification of ADHD, Autism, and other psychological conditions. In my experience these types of evaluations tend to to be difficult to access, resulting in a gap that most profoundly impacts members of vulnerable populations. I also integrate elements of person-centered and multicultural approaches to therapy in order to gather relevant information, while allowing you to feel understood and supported.

What you can expect from me

This is a space where your experience is not only acknowledged but centered. I offer individual therapy to help you reconnect with your sense of self, explore your emotions safely, and build tools for navigating a world that often misunderstands you.

I also provide psychological testing and diagnostic clarification for Autism, ADHD, and other concerns—especially for people who have had difficulty accessing accurate, affirming diagnoses in the past.

Whether you're seeking healing, answers, or simply a place where you don’t have to explain the basics of who you are, I’m here to walk alongside you.
