Christopher Yan

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), with advanced training from California Baptist University (Family Nurse Practitioner) and Western University of Health Sciences (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner).

I have over 7 years of experience in patient care, including more than 4 years practicing as a provider. My clinical background includes working one-on-one with patients in urgent care settings, as well as serving as a hospitalist in palliative care, where I help manage patients with complex medical conditions across a variety of clinical situations. In this role, I support individuals through diverse health challenges while addressing both physical and mental health needs to promote overall outcomes and preserve mental well-being. I have specialty with helping individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, and dependency disorders.
