I am a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana and Illinois and have been practicing social work in several capacities for over 15 years. I am the owner and operator of Of Sound Mind Mental Health Counseling, Life Coaching, and Consultation Svcs, PLLC. I am passionate about helping, motivating, and empowering others reach their fullest potential.
My approach to therapy is always client-centered. My motto is "I've got time today!" as I enjoy unpacking the small details that contribute to the challenges being faced by my clients. My commitment is not to specific therapy modalities. My commitment is to the needs of each individual client.
Clients can expect to learn something new about themselves, the emotional human experience, or opportunities to process hard experiences or trauma, even if they need to process the same experience more than once. Clients can expect to have my undivided attention.
