Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I'm Cindy, a licensed psychotherapist with a Master of Social Work and Social Service (MSS) from Bryn Mawr College. I work with alcohol and addiction concerns, as well as depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

I provide therapy online and also offer a limited number of in-person appointments.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be collaborative and empowering. I create a warm, supportive environment where you can feel safe exploring the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that are holding you back from the fulfillment of the life you want.

We will examine the messages that have impacted you and influenced your choices.

I would be honored to hear your story and work toward change and healing with you.

I believe there is always a silver lining

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you'll gain insight into your life patterns and develop strategies to change. We'll work on boosting self-esteem, breaking harmful cycles, and improving decision-making. We'll build skills for a resilient, fulfilling life. My goal is to empower you to navigate life's ups and downs confidently, creating a life you value.

Every challenge is an opportunity for growth
