Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor committed to providing a warm, compassionate, and confidential environment in every counseling session.

Throughout my career, I've worked with adults experiencing anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, grief, addiction, trauma, relationship concerns, major life transitions, and many other emotional challenges. I also enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating periods of personal growth, spiritual exploration, or significant life transformation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy combines evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, with compassionate exploration of the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped your life. Together, we'll work to understand where you may be stuck, strengthen your inner resources, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Every person enters therapy with a unique story, so our work together will be tailored to your individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Whether your goal is symptom relief, deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, or living with greater peace and purpose, therapy offers a place where meaningful change can begin.

Sessions are conducted online and last approximately one hour. Many clients begin with weekly appointments, allowing us to build a strong therapeutic relationship, understand the experiences that have shaped your life, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.

Seeking support is a courageous step. If my approach resonates with you, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover your own path toward healing.
