Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist who provides a supportive nonjudgemental space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I focus on helping clients feel heard, understood, and more in control of their daily lives. My goal is to support you in building practical coping skills and creating a meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I use evidence-based practice such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with person-centered and strengths- based approaches. I focus on helping clients develop coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and navigate challenges with confidence. I strive to create a safe supportive environment where you can grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and relaxed space where we will get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, challenges, and goals; while also giving you space to share at your own pace. Together, we will begin identifying areas of focus and discuss initial steps toward your goals. My priority is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start.
