20+ years' experience working with children and adolescents across a number of settings. I've been a licensed therapist for over 10 years and in private practice the past 6 years. I specialize in mental and behavioral services with children, adolescents and young adults but have also had the pleasure to work with couples and adults of all ages.

Clients generally leave services with skills that equip them to manage the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors they present as problems in therapy. I tailor therapy to meet the individual needs of each client and may use talk-therapy, games, workbooks, reading materials and/or other activities to make therapy memorable and, when possible, interesting.
