Great to meet you!

I consider it a great privilege to be entrusted to journey alongside others and offer support as they navigate and make sense of their life’s journey. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Tennessee and Georgia, I am passionate about working with teens and adults who are combating issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma history, low self worth, and other stressors. I have been working in the field of social work for 4 years and practicing clinically for 2 years.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma informed. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within a psychodynamic framework. This combination allows me to address both the deep-rooted patterns and the present-day challenges you may face.

What you can expect from me

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship and a safe, supportive environment are essential for healing. Together, we will work to make sense of difficult emotions, explore the complexities of your experiences, and uncover a narrative of resilience and compassion. It is my hope that through our work, you will feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate your journey with greater clarity and strength.
