Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, support, and self-understanding. Many of the clients I work with are facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, attachment-related challenges, and emotional overwhelm that can make it hard to feel steady, connected, or fully like themselves. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move through healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in specialized work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, attachment wounds, relationship issues, and emotional regulation difficulties. My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective and integrates evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-focused interventions, and somatic approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs while helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, nervous system responses, and patterns in relationships. Together, we work to process painful experiences, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create lasting change that feels meaningful and grounded in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can begin sharing their story at a pace that feels comfortable. During this session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, and any important life experiences that may be affecting your well-being, whether that includes trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, or a major life transition. I will gather information about your personal history, relationships, strengths, and goals so I can better understand your unique needs. There is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to help you feel safe, respected, and more hopeful about the work ahead as we begin building a path toward healing.
