Welcome! The past 8 years of working in mental health has allowed me to be of service neurodiverse, traumatized and systemically oppressed people, of all ages and stages of development, including children under 5, elders, couples, adolescents and parents. The golden thread has been providing a safe enough space for true authenticity. The oppressive origins of the mental health complex are reason enough for folks to not trust me or this work. Any and all skepticism is both welcomed and admired.

Every being has a natural capacity for healing and it is my honor to support folks with their removing of their own obstacles to better allow access to their own healing and to pursue their own unique expression of authentic joy. The methodologies I choose for this process are Systems Work, Jungian, from EMDR, IFS, play therapy, Loving What Is and Attachment-Based Family Therapy. We are not suffering in a vacuum - there are systems of oppression that have been impacting all of us since before we were born and while learning to cope is important, so is learning to remember.

Our sessions will be focused on the goals that you set and working myself out of a job. The only goals I hold for my clients are for their freedom to be themselves and trust. As described by the WISe program, "families do not fail, plans fail." You cannot fail at therapy. I can fail you and I am open to that feedback. Your needs are the priority here.
