Clara Soles

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with experience working in private practice with clients of all ages and a wide range of concerns. I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2019, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. I work with concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood-related conditions, and together, we’ll create a space where you feel supported and understood as we navigate what you’re going through.

My approach is integrative and client-centered, meaning we’ll build a plan together that’s tailored to your needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT, and I also offer EMDR for trauma when appropriate. If desired, I can incorporate faith-based counseling into our work as well. Throughout the process, we’ll focus on building insight, developing practical strategies, and creating meaningful change in a way that feels manageable and relevant to your daily life.

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you in. We’ll begin gathering a better understanding of your current concerns and start shaping a plan that feels right for you. My style is conversational and approachable, and together, we’ll build a comfortable, authentic space where you can be yourself and begin moving forward with confidence.
