Great to meet you!

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and have been working with therapy clients for six years across a range of settings and populations, from children to adults. I'm currently completing my Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD), which means I'm always growing, learning, and bringing the most current thinking into my work with clients. I work with adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults, and my main areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship and family concerns, life transitions and adjustment, and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic. I don't believe one size fits all, and I don't think it should. I pull from a range of therapeutic frameworks and tailor my style to what each client actually needs. At the heart of my work is one core goal: empowering you to understand yourself more deeply, so that you can recognize what you need and feel confident making decisions that are right for your life. Whatever you are navigating, I'll meet you where you are and work with you from there! My style tends to be warm, curious, and flexible, and I genuinely enjoy the process of getting to know the people I work with.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. You'll have the opportunity to share what's brought you in and what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and even if you're not totally sure yet, that's completely okay. I see us as a team, where you are the expert on your own life and my role is to support you and help you find clarity. The only thing I ask is that you come with a willingness to try and no comparing yourself to anyone else! Everyone's progress looks a little different, and as long as you're open to the process, we'll figure it out together.
