Dr. Colette Allen

I graduated with a doctorate in Nursing Leadership and Organization from Teachers College Columbia University in 2013. I am an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in the field of behavioral health. I have developed coping strategies for clients with ostomy diversions, surgery, and fistula complications. I also offer programs for eating disorders including Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia. Whether it’s dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, or Bipolar Disorder, I strive to make a meaningful difference. I help clients manage stress in their day-to-day lives and work toward positive outcomes. My approach emphasizes a comprehensive set of resources that focus on solutions, not problems, in order to create positive and lasting change.

My treatment plans incorporate natural remedies, behavioral therapies, and medication management aimed at enhancing the well-being of clients.

I always share with patients that there is no shame in what they are going through. There is also no blame. My goal is to support and help my clients arrive at the best solution.
