Great to meet you!

I have been in private practice for 25 years. I have my Ph.D in Social Work and my Lcsw. My goal from the intake is to develop a wonderful, comfortable, working rapport and for clients to look forward to their change process, where I will give my all to help them create the changes they want.

My approach to therapy

I consider myself an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Guiding clients to see how their thoughts effect their perspectives and how there is great power to change any situation by working to change how you view it and understand where their thoughts can be keeping them stuck where they want change. It is so empowering for clients to take charge of their thought process and create the changes they want.

What you can expect from me

A warm welcome and an understanding of the circumstances clients are coping with and the changes they recognize they want to make. Also, to help them quickly start identifying other conscious and unconscious thought processes that are contributing positively and potentially negatively to their circumstances. I want them to feel encouraged after each session about their ability to create change and improve how they feel
