Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as an LMHC since 2019 after graduating with my master's degree from Molloy College. For the first 4 years of my career, I worked in Substance Abuse Outpatient facilities and following that I entered private practice. I work primarily with individuals or couples starting at age 5yo. I work with several diagnosis but am most comfortable with ADHD, Autism, Substance use, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Mood Disorders.

My approach to therapy

I take a very laid-back approach to therapy. I want my clients to feel empowered to take the lead and discuss what they feel will help them succeed in therapy the most. I am simply there to help direct the conversation deeper and to help you find the root.

What you can expect from me

My clients regularly appreciate being given the space to talk through their thoughts and feelings. My ultimate goal is always to provide the warmest and safest place for each client so they can express their most uncomfortable thoughts and feelings without judgement.
