Great to meet you!

My name is Conner McFarlin and I have over 8 years of experience supporting clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with adults and adolescents to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

My approach to therapy

I weave in experience and training with the Gottman Institute to help support adults in managing their relationships in the most effective and healthy way. I include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help teens and adults find courage to seek out a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am EMDR trained and enjoy supporting clients through their trauma with that skill.

What you can expect from me

As part of the first session, we would spend time better understanding what your goals are in therapy and gathering a more in-depth history. I ensure clients feel welcome, comfortable, and supported during our time together.
