I work with people who are ready to challenge the narratives, thoughts and behaviors that have kept them from living the fulfilling life they know is within their reach. This may look like overcoming depression, anxiety, substance use, grief and loss or an unresolved past with a desire to heal, move forward and fully live.

I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work with a focus in clinical practice, and I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in the state of Texas. My clinical work encompasses working as a therapist and clinician in the spectrum of residential, inpatient, PHP and IOP levels of care. I have held positions such as Senior Clinician, Lead Clinician and Program Therapist.

I utilize an eclectic, solutions oriented and strength-based approach to therapy. I view the therapeutic alliance as a key component of successful treatment. I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore your concerns while closely collaborating with you to find solutions for the reasons you are seeking therapy.
