Great to meet you!

I have always known I wanted to be a therapist. I have experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in clinical, residential, and non-profit settings. Currently in my practice, I use a range of approaches including CBT, Gottman Couples Therapy, Solution-Focused, Attachment, and trauma-informed therapies. I work with a lot of LGBTQ+ individuals and couples as they navigate unique and nuanced issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I see myself as a highly invested and intentional therapist that strives to collaborate with my clients to work towards their goals. I use the combination of my calm demeanor and strong desire to be an active supportive role in my client's process.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect someone who creates a collaborative and inviting space. I find it incredibly important to provide a sense of safety and comfort in order to help my clients access their vulnerability and achieve growth.
