If you are an adult experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, or difficulty with life transitions, then I am here to help. While focusing on your strengths, I provide guidance in establishing boundaries to maintain healthy relationships and help you develop coping skills to manage stressors. I also work with immigrants who are discovering their purpose learning to set boundaries, and navigating identity or relationship changes. In session, I offer a safe space while providing compassion, empathy, and respect.
