Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Courtney, and I believe the power of connection can have a profound impact on a person's mental health. I love helping people and watching people grow. I enjoy learning about others so I can help them see their potential and learn from the challenges they have faced in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I am an extremely warm and empathic person. I want to know your story and what you have been through so I can help. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a person-centered approach. I treat each client as an individual and I know not every technique will work with everyone. I strive to utilize the best techniques to help my clients succeed.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave therapy feeling heard, understood, and challenged. I want my clients to leave feeling as though they have the tools to handle stressful situations and feel empowered to make positive changes in their life going forward.
