Great to meet you!

With 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults and families navigate challenges and build lasting skills for success. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Chestnut Hill College with a specialization in child and adolescent therapy. I work with individuals of all ages tailoring treatment to each person’s unique strengths and needs. My approach focuses on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help clients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward living healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and solution-focused. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and skills-building interventions to help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and navigate life’s challenges. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective and specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults experiencing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, autism, and more. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a supportive, welcoming space focused on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. I work to create an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing at their own pace. During the first session, we will discuss current concerns, personal strengths, history relevant to treatment, and goals for therapy. Together, we will begin identifying areas for growth and develop a plan tailored to individual needs. My goal is for clients to leave feeling understood, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
