Great to meet you!
I’m a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, OCD, and patterns that can feel hard to break. I earned my undergraduate degree from University of Central Florida and my graduate degree from University of North Florida, and have spent my career focusing on practical, evidence-based approaches that create real change.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), particularly for individuals struggling with OCD and anxiety disorders. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, avoidance, or emotional overwhelm, and want to respond differently but aren’t sure how.
I work with individual adults and focus on helping you understand the patterns you find yourself in—both internally and in your interactions—so you can start making more intentional, steady changes.
My goal is to help you build a life that feels meaningful and manageable—not just something you get through, but something that actually feels worth living.
