I am a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate in psychology. I have helped those experiencing challenges in their lives by offering tailored approaches to therapy. Additionally, I am a Certified Anxiety Treatment and Clinical Trauma Professional giving me the background to effectively help clients integrate anxiety and trauma treatments into their daily lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Prior to becoming a therapist, I served as a teacher and school counselor. I have experience treating children and adults with diverse backgrounds and concerns. I am trained in various types of therapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral, culturally sensitive, emotionally focused, mindfulness, multicultural, person centered, and solution focused.
