Great to meet you!

I am a national board-certified and multi-state licensed professional counselor with a doctorate in psychology. Additionally, I am a Certified Anxiety Treatment and Clinical Trauma Professional giving me the background to effectively help clients integrate anxiety and trauma treatments into their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

Prior to becoming a therapist, I served as a teacher and school counselor. I have experience treating children and adults with diverse backgrounds and concerns. I am trained in various types of therapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral, culturally sensitive, emotionally focused, mindfulness, multicultural, person centered, and solution focused.
