Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who is happy to help you be successful, healthy and well.

I have been in practice for 3 years in private practice as a sole provider utilizing medication management for all psychiatric disorders under the DSM-V. I specialize in treating ADHD, mood disorders and sleep disorders.

My approach to therapy

I have a warm, friendly, and empowering style of conversation. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (therapy for improved problem solving) when needed/asked for, but I use SMART goals through motivational interviewing to help patients heal and become successful. I often refer out for Biofeedback to help lower anxiety levels in conjunction with medication I prescribe for the treatment of GAD.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a reduction of symptoms within a week or for certain medications 2 weeks, but with your help we can create a more resilient mindset and improve your coping skills in one session.
