Great to meet you!

Life can be tough at times, and the great news is that you do not have to navigate it alone! As a therapist with clinical training in trauma-informed practices and lived experience, I find joy in humanizing this journey called life through using a compassionate strength-based approach. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, or other challenges, I welcome the opportunity to offer hope and support, as well as a non-judgmental space for you to be your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

Continuously engaging in my own healing journey, I understand the importance of authenticity, empathy, and humility; and use my core values as a guiding light when working with clients to develop practical skills through use of emotional regulation techniques, mindfulness practices, and interpersonal skills to help them live their best possible lives.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will include the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Even if you do not have any goals yet, no worries, we can set some! In sharing your story, you will find a safe space without judgement, where you are able to be vulnerable and your authentic self. Thereafter, we will work together in the sessions that follow to achieve the goals you are working toward, while feeling empowered, challenged, and supported.
