Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe mental health should be accessible to everyone who wants and needs support. I believe that each person has a story that deserves to be heard; I want to help people share their stories. I’ve been a practicing Therapist for almost 10 years, and I work with all ages (4 and up) who need help navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress.

My approach to therapy

Each person I meet and the lived experiences they share with me are opportunities to help and support. When we decide to work together, I ensure that we are working side-by-side to achieve quality mental health care. I am a Person-Centered Therapist, so I provide unconditional positive regard, empathy, and a space to explore and grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a "get to know you" session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, ask questions, and get comfortable in the counseling space. This will also be a time to share what you want to work on in counseling, so we can begin setting goals.
