Great to meet you!

My experience in various settings has equipped me with an eclectic style and a flexibility to tailor my therapy sessions to match the needs of my clients. I've worked with youth and adults with severe mental illness and substance use issues in an intensive outpatient setting, and have spent the last four years providing services to incarcerated men and women

My approach to therapy

I am here to meet you where you're at and help you identify your goals for therapy. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy - physical, mental and spiritual. I believe you are the expert of your life; so let me sit in the passenger seat and assist with directions while you take the wheel!

What you can expect from me

Let's be real. Therapy can be pretty daunting. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can be authentically you, while also pushing you to become the version of yourself you want to be. I like humor, a bit of sarcasm helps build rapport. So, if you are ready to do the work (and laugh here and there), then I look forward to meeting with you!
