Great to meet you!

Do you ever find yourself thinking about food all of the time? Are you consumed by guilt, shame, and regret over every food choice you make throughout the day? Does the number on the scale affect your mood and how you feel about yourself? Do you eat in private or in hiding? Do you constantly think about your next meal? Do you have a hard time identifying your hunger of fullness cues? Do you struggle with trusting your body? Does your fear of weight gain dictate your food choices or are you always trying a new "diet"? If this sounds like you, you are not alone. I am here to help you find relief and re-discover body acceptance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert of your life, and you have the innate ability to build a life worth living. Together, we’ll gently unlearn harmful narratives, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and move towards food freedom and body trust. I believe every body deserves care, kindness, and respect. With a non-diet, weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size approach, I’m here to support your journey toward dignity, self-compassion, and empowerment beyond weight stigma.

What you can expect from our first session

Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, or unsure where to start. That’s okay, healing isn’t linear. Binge eating, like many eating concerns, is not a personal failure, it’s often a response to deeper emotional pain and the systems that shape our relationships with food and our bodies.
