Great to meet you!

Hi. My name is Cindy Kludt. If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, like no one understands, or wonder if you should divorce or stay, or if you'll ever find a loving partner, or you've experienced a recent or past loss where the grief seems overwhelming, then I am here to help.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds with special training in relationships, grief, and parts work.

My approach to therapy

We will work together to identify the parts of you that sabotage, act out, use shame and guilt, and other negative patterns that cause you to feel strong negative emotions like anger, sadness, loneliness, etc., which keep you stuck in cycles of blame and shame.

These parts are not here to harm you but need to be heard and listened to. We will work together using a process that includes humor and self-compassion to allow you to break free of those negative patterns.

What you can expect from me

As you learn and start using these tools to break free of these negative patterns, you will start to understand how these patterns have kept you stuck. You should feel more alive and less lonely, sad, and anxious.

Clients tell me that they never feel judged or criticized in the sessions, which helps them start to love and accept who they authentically are.

They feel more connected in their primary relationships and have more peace of mind.
