Great to meet you!

I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and relationship struggles - often during times of transition or stress. I specialize in working with adolescents and emerging adults navigating changing roles and expectations while also supporting adults exploring longstanding emotional patterns or life changes.

Many of the challenges we face are rooted in deeper stories - old patterns, protective roles, and unresolved experiences. Together, we’ll explore what’s no longer working, build self-understanding, and develop tools to move forward with greater clarity and connection

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw on relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed practices, adapting therapy to fit your needs. Whether you're a teen, college student, or adult ready for change, I seek to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded. If you're considering therapy, I invite you to schedule a phone consultation to discuss how we might work together.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and challenged in meaningful ways. Together, we work to build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and strengthen a sense of agency and self-worth. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
