Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, stress, family concerns, or relationship challenges begin affecting how you feel and function each day. You may be coping with a painful loss, questioning parts of your identity, struggling to communicate with the people closest to you, or feeling emotionally exhausted from carrying too much for too long.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress management concerns, family conflict, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, identity issues, and major life changes. With seven years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I provide a supportive space where you can better understand what you are experiencing and begin developing practical ways to move forward. I also welcome conversations about how family, culture, and identity may shape your experiences when those areas are meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. We will explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while identifying patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck.

Together, we may work on developing healthier coping strategies, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, improving communication, managing difficult emotions, and responding to stressful situations in more effective ways. Therapy is not about telling you what to do. It is a collaborative process designed to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and make changes that feel realistic and meaningful in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a respectful, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where your concerns are taken seriously and your goals guide our work together. During our first sessions, we will discuss what brought you to therapy, what has and has not helped in the past, and what you hope will be different moving forward.

As therapy progresses, you may develop greater self-awareness, more effective coping skills, healthier communication patterns, improved stress management, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate difficult emotions and relationships. My goal is to help you feel understood while also providing practical support that leads to meaningful and sustainable progress.
