Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and have additional training in Military Social Work. My experience as an ER Social Worker has taught me how to support people during some of their most stressful moments. I also specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and have trained with experts in psychodynamic theory. Through working with organizations like Goodwill and the VA, I’ve gained a wide range of experience helping people from all walks of life. I believe that therapy works best when there’s a strong, trusting relationship between client and therapist, where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I am deeply committed to supporting you on your unique path to healing and personal growth and dedicated to providing a space where you’ll always feel seen and heard. Every step forward will be met with empathy and understanding, helping you navigate challenges and deepen self-awareness. Together, we’ll uncover your inner strengths and work through what’s holding you back, empowering you to move forward with confidence. Our work will be grounded in trust, respect, and a shared commitment to your transformation.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain valuable insights into what’s really driving your struggles. Through reflection and exploration, we’ll uncover the deeper factors at play, helping you create lasting, positive changes. You’ll learn how to observe your thoughts, feelings, and emotions with more awareness and without judgment, allowing you to form a different relationship with them. Together, we may also explore dreams, symbols, and metaphors, tools that help bring complex emotions to light and offer fresh perspectives. As we journey through these layers, you’ll build resilience, discover new strengths, and unlock greater personal growth and fulfillment.
